At The Leather Tailor, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every leather product we create. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit—provided the following conditions are met.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition—unworn, unwashed, and free from damage or signs of wear (e.g., no scuff marks on footwear outsoles).
- Include all original packaging, product tags, and any accompanying accessories (e.g., dust bags).
- Be accompanied by the original order confirmation or invoice.
- Have been purchased directly from The Leather Tailor (via theleathertailor.com or authorized channels).
❗ Final Sale: All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange—online or in-store.
If any of the above conditions are not met, Parafresh LLC regrets that it cannot process your request—even if the item has been shipped back to us.
Timeframe
All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 10 days of your order’s delivery date.
In-Store Exchanges (Where Applicable)
If you purchased from a The Leather Tailor retail location (where available):
- Bring your original invoice and the item in original condition to the store.
- Our team will inspect the item on-site.
- If approved, you may exchange it immediately for another product of equal or higher value.
- If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference.
- If it costs less, no refund or credit will be issued for the balance.
- No cash refunds, store credit, or online vouchers will be issued in-store.
Note: In-store exchanges are only available at participating The Leather Tailor boutiques. Availability may vary.
Online Exchanges & Returns
All return and exchange requests must be submitted through our online portal at www.theleathertailor.com .
Steps to process your request:
- Download and complete the Exchange/Return Request Form .
- Pack your item securely with the original invoice and completed form.
- Ship the parcel to us using a trackable shipping method at your own expense (unless the item is defective or incorrect—see below).
- Once received and verified by Parafresh LLC, you’ll receive an Online Store Credit Voucher via email within 5 business days.
Important details about store credit:
- Vouchers reflect the original product price only—shipping fees, taxes, duties, and return postage are non-refundable.
- Vouchers are valid for 30 days, non-extendable, non-transferable, and redeemable online only.
- Vouchers must be used in a single transaction; unused balances will not be refunded.
- No cash refunds are issued under any circumstances.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] .
- Parafresh LLC will cover return shipping costs for verified claims.
- Replacements are subject to availability. If unavailable, we may offer a comparable item or issue store credit at our discretion.
Additional Terms
- Each item may be returned or exchanged only once.
- Repeated returns of the same product may result in loss of return privileges.
- This policy does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidental use, or improper care.
- Parafresh LLC reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet policy standards.
- All decisions regarding eligibility are final.
- This policy is governed by applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
