Orders & Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Payment

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs, delivery times, and methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by location.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by you.
You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments.

Duties and Taxes

You are solely responsible for import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unused, undamaged products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Custom or personalized leather items are final sale unless defective.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. For example, customers in the European Union are entitled to a minimum 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.

Products, Content and Specifications

We design and craft premium leather goods in Morocco, including bags, wallets, belts, and accessories. While we strive for accuracy:

Leather is a natural material; variations in grain, texture, tone, and minor markings are inherent and not defects.
Colors may appear differently based on your device’s screen settings. We cannot guarantee exact color representation.
All product details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Inclusion of a product on the Site does not guarantee ongoing availability.

By placing an order, you confirm the product will be used lawfully and in compliance with all applicable laws in your country.
